Yoga has helped her gain a deeper awareness of her mind, body & spirit which continues to evolve on a daily basis. She has been trained in hatha, vinyasa, yin, aerial, and even stand up paddleboard yoga. She has been guiding others in their own practice for the past five years and has a special place in her heart for aerial yoga. Lexi finds joy in cooking and she is passionate about creating recipes and giving people the opportunity to try something new and nourishing. Lexi strives to help others on a path to a healthier life. Her goal is to inspire people to mindfully move their bodies while eating nourishing, vibrant, whole foods that help to maintain optimal health and wellness.

Sucha is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, NASM-certified trainer & primal health coach. She has been practicing yoga since she was a little girl, with her mom as her first teacher. Sucha is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, NASM-certified trainer & primal health coach. She has been practicing yoga since she was a little girl, with her mom as her first teacher. As she grew up, she began to immerse herself in various movement modalities including weightlifting, martial arts, dance and primal movement. She did her first 200-hour yoga teacher training here in San Diego, CA and after 2 years, Sucha traveled back to her roots in India and did her 300-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. She also did her training in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Prenatal Yoga & Animal Flow. Sucha loves bringing people back to their primal nature through movement, breathwork, and nourishment, leading them to feel free, strong, and grounded.
